The Gravelking UCI Gravel World Series heads to southern Germany this Sunday for the SchwörerHaus Hegau Gravel Race in Singen, where riders will battle for victory and valuable qualification spots for the 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships and UEC Gravel European Championships.

Set on the spectacular trails that hosted the 2017 UCI MTB Marathon World Championships, the race features a demanding 108 km course with 1,950 metres of climbing, attracting a strong international field of gravel specialists.

Among the favourites in the men’s race are Dutch cyclocross star Joris Nieuwenhuis, Czech ace Petr Vakoč, Belgian Daan Soete, Germany’s Tobias Nolde, WorldTour professional Stan Dewulf, and Dutch rider Mathijs Loman.

The women’s race is headed by two-time German champion Carolin Schiff, who faces competition from fellow German Jade Treffeisen and Classics specialist Romy Kasper.
