The province of Vlaams-Brabant were host of the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships and 2023 UEC European Gravel Championships.  Both successful events have led to a legacy event featuring a course in the same region.

Course

The course will feature a local lap of 48km with start in Heverlee and finish in the city center of Leuven, nearby where the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships finished.

Elites and younger age groups have a 3 laps race, older age groups finish after two laps.

Profile

The race features rolling hills, with a total elevation gain of 950m (or 610m for older categories), but the inclines are never very steep. Most of the course follows the 2024 UCI Gravel World Championships local lap, adding extra kilometers on the south side in Wallonia and an alternative section near the finish.
