UCI Gravel Brazil was the first ever UCI Gravel race in Southern America in 2025 and hosted by the team behind the very successful UCI Gran Fondo Brazil who takes place in the same region in November every year.
Course
The 113km course starts and finishes in the city center of Balneario Camboriu. 90% of the course is on gravel roads with only a small part in the middle on paved roads.
The course is designed with the first and last 36km mainly following the same roads. The southern turning point forms a big loop.
The shorter 69km course as qualifier for all men over 60 and women over 50 follows the same roads but doesn’t do the southern loop at the turning point.

Profile
The UCI Gravel Brazil event has 1778m of elevation with the shorter mediofondo totalling 1117m of climbing.
The 113km has a 4km climbing starting after 19km with an average gradient of 3.7%.
Three short but steep climbs varying between 1 and 2km with gradients up to 10% are in the middle part of the course, followed by the back side of the climb which was done in the first half.
The 69km mediofondo has the same climbs as the 113km skipping the three climbs from southernmost point of the course.
BALNEARIO CAMBORIU
Balneario Camboriú offers a blend of beaches, attractions, and activities for tourists.

- Praia das Laranjeiras: This beach is known for its soft white sand and calm waters. It’s a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing.
- Praia do Buraco: This beach is famous for its unique rock formation, which creates a natural pool. It’s a great place for snorkeling and diving.
