The third edition of the Seven Gravel Race as UCI qualifier showed worldclass courses that will also be used during the 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships with a challenging race in a stunning landscape.
After the start in Nannup, a group of 5 quickly split up from the main pack with the later winner Brendan Johnson impressing his power on the short but steep climbs. With 25km to go, “Trekky” made his final move to win with a minute to local Mark Chong with Brendon Davids as third. Brendan also broke the course record of last year!
In the female race, national champion Justine Barrows managed to get away in the second half of the course to win with a 6 minutes gap to Cassia Boglio while British Annabel Fisher got overall third at 8 minutes. Also Justine rode the full course in a new record.
The 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships have been awarded to take place on the Seven courses on slightly different courses.
